- The Exercise Participants – Based on your objectives, who is your audience?
- Scenario Overview – Create a story line. You should have a general understanding of where you want to start, challenges along the way, as well as recovery piece.

I absolutely agree with the logic presented in the preparation of the exercise at the table from the aspect of crisis management!
Perhaps, in addition to testing certain plans or procedures, the lessons identified by real events, are often “forgotten” or left out in the process of planning an exercise! At least from the perspective of the country where we try to apply the practices that you disclose in a simple and acceptable way.
