One of the roles as a Crisis Coordinator is the prepare the CMT (Crisis Management Team) through training and exercises. The “Prepare” part of the CC role is just one of the four phases. This important phase also includes management of the Crisis Management Plan as well as the organization of the EOC Emergency Operations Center.
